On the homescreen, go to the left sidebar and click + Create a Team. You can find this under the Teams label.
This screen will appear. Enter a name for your team and click the Next step button.
Next, you'll be asked to enter the website URL for your team's website, and a color in the form of a hex code. These will be used to give you team a personal flair.
- For the URL, enter the URL from your organisation's website. Headlime will take the website's icon and use it to represent your team. (Psst, if you want to use another website's icon, that's OK too. Nobody will know).
- For the Color, enter a hex code (without the #). Don't know the hex code? You can find hex codes for colors easily on this website. Click a color in the color picker on the left, click a hue on the right, and you'll find your hex code in the middle column written as #xxxxxx with x being a random number or letter.
Your branding will be shown in a preview. When you're done, click Next step
You'll be asked to confirm whether everything is correct. Double-check and click Create your team
And done! Your new team has been created! Headlime will now prompt you to invite your team. This will take you to the inviting screen.
